Our construction client based in Wattleup is looking to appoint a Purchasing Administrator for a long term temporary opportunity.

PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, Finance & Accounting, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.

Due to some internal movement, our construction client is looking to appoint a Purchasing Officer for a long term temporary opportunity with the possibility of a permanent positon.
- Wattleup
- 8:30 - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Free parking
- 35-37ph depending on experience
- Welcoming and friendly team environment

**Duties**:

- Managing of Company preferred suppliers and pricing
- Maintaining all company price lists
- Raising & receipting of Purchase Orders
- Investigating of orders and resolve issues as required
- Identify cost saving efficiencies in line with company procedure
- Assist the accounts team managing supplier invoicing, credits and returns
- Working with various trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- **Essential - **Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
- **Essential - **Building/Construction/Manufacturing experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks whilst adhering to strict deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent standards of customer service delivery
