**Your new role in Geelong awaits**:
Coates Customer Service Officers (internally titled Sales Coordinators) perform a critical role within our branch teams by assisting customers with their equipment solutions.
- Coordinate daily operations - equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns.
- Contribute to the achievement of team KPI’s - customer loyalty, sales revenue, safety
- Complete a variety of branch administrative duties - generate hire schedules, invoicing etc

**About you**:
This is an entry-level position with Coates, offering on the job training so we’re not expecting you to have years of experience behind you; the key traits we want to see are:

- Natural customer service skills and strong work ethic
- Have a friendly and sociable personality
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Be a quick learner with a high level of attention to detail
- Have intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
- A proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions - _you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can flex to meet shifting needs_
- Experience in or an interest in the construction/mining/engineering industries is desierbale.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Geelong, VIC 3220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
