Summary

Lead the operations and efficiency of our respected courier business. Oversee our fleet and drivers while using data and strategy to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership.

About the Role

We’re seeking an ambitious Fleet Manager to drive the daily operations of ISNB Logistics. Reporting to the Director, this full-time role balances leadership, logistics, and data-driven decision-making.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Oversee the scheduling, performance, and compliance of our courier fleet.

Develop and refine operational structures to maximise efficiency across drivers, vehicles, and delivery routes.

Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement in cost, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and support drivers and operations staff.

Work closely with leadership to design and execute strategies that align operations with growth goals.

Oversee the regular maintenance, servicing, and safety checks of all courier vehicles to ensure compliance, reliability, and mínimal downtime.
