We are a small solar business looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our administrative team. Offering flexible working hours, 5 days per week.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Scheduling installation of jobs
- Liaising with customers and installers in relation to installations
- Respond to client queries and manage our client services inbox
- Compete all pre and post installation paperwork
- Setting up customer online monitoring portals
- Invoicing customers and reconciling
- Warranty claims

**Qualifications & experience**
- Must have experience within the solar industry
- Great team player and can work independently
- Exceptional customer service
- Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow procedures 100%
- Ability to identify problems and come up with solutions to rectify these
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs and web-based programs
- Communicating clearly with staff members and clients
- Math's and literacy skills
- Must be based in Melbourne, Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
