Limitless Supports Australia are seeking a proactive office administrator who is eager to join a growing organisation offering a range of NDIS supports.

**Overview**:
As an Office Administration you will provide support to provide support to our management team.

Responsible to ensure that the company is well staffed and provisioned, adheres to quality and service standards, increases revenue and helps the business accomplish its goals.

Responsible for support workers, help develop and implement business strategies, and perform a variety of other tasks to ensure the business is thriving.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Seek to actively promote and grow Limitless Supports Australia in all aspects of practice.
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations of Bundoora Head Office. This includes ensuring stock, maintaining a clean space, greeting participants and clients, setting up meeting room.
- Process payroll, scheduling, rostering & invoices. Experience with Xero and Shiftcare is desired, however not essential as training will be provided.
- Build relationships with participants and their families.
- Preform any reasonable administration tasks as directed by other members of other head office members.
- Identify gaps in staff availability and assist in recruitment process.
- Efficiently manage the Director's calendar and appointments.
- Be the first point of contact for inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance.
- Liaise with various stakeholders and agencies.
- Coordinate committee meetings and handle related documentation
- Ensure effective record-keeping and administrative support

**Payroll & Rostering Duties**:

- Checking rostering system daily to ensure progress notes are completed and any incident reports are actioned within 24 hours.
- Responsible for point of contact for support work staff.
- Manage unavailability of support workers and replace shifts when required. Responsible for managing and creating staff’s schedules.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
- Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1+ years’ experience working in a similar role, ideally in the field of NDIS
- Hold up to date relevant checks such as WWCC, police check, NDIS workers screening check and first aid.
- Hold a valid driver’s licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
