**Full time**
We are a migration business operating in Australia from last 14 years. We are experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a Migration Admin & office support who can add value to our team. This is a rewarding job role that can lead to career progression within Australia. The role will require the successful applicant to perform but not limited to following duties and tasks:
- Handling immigration related inquiries from our clients.
- Client follow-ups.
- Maintaining client records.
- Co-ordinate international community events and seminars.
- Other General Admin duties as required.
- Knowledge of making Business plans, Organisational charts etc.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
**To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an admin/customer service role preferably within migration field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional manner and highly enthusiastic.
- Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel and power point).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Be able to work individually with mínimal supervision and as a part of a team.
- Ability to priorities tasks with time management skills.
- Willingness to learn.
**Salary**: $44,990.25 - $69,981.06 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bundoora, VIC 3083: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
- Administration: 5 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
