**About the role**

Our Perth office is currently seeking a Project Support Officer, the primary purpose of this role is to provide project support and administration to Titan ICT as part of the Project Management Office.

**In this role, you will undertake duties including, but not limited to the following**:

- Provide general administration assistance to the ICT Team
- Formatting of documents
- Procurement of materials for projects
- Coordinate travel, book flights and itinerary arrangements as required.
- Formatting of project documents and presentations as required.
- Compile letters and other communications
- Project Portfolio Management
- Assisting with change management of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation as directed
- Provide general administration assistance to the ICT Team
- Maintain project records and documents in compliance to the Titan ICT QMS
- Entering and updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor data into in the electronic document management system (DMS)
- Processing all documentation received, including client and vendor data, in accordance with prescribed procedures and time schedules.
- Validation and verification of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility.
- Assisting the PMO with the creation of document templates

**Attitude and aptitude is key to being considered for this entry level position.**
