**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the work of various production teams, documenting the build process at each stage of production.

2. Develop and update technical documentation (3D CAD modelling, 2D drafting, illustrated diagrams and documentation) for new and existing models.

3. Support production teams by ensuring relevant information is readily available when required.

4. Create and refine owner's manuals for existing and new models.

**5.** Undertake miscellaneous tech-related tasks such as refining and automating existing systems, updating websites, and managing Power BI dashboards.

**Qualifications**:

- Very efficient & knowledgeable using computers and a range of software including but not limited to CAD (Rhino 3D & Autodesk Inventor). Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Microsoft business apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Apps.
- Ability to understand and represent complex information in an easily digestible format.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
