We are seeking a dynamic **Quality Controller** to join our team This role is pivotal, to dive high quality outcomes and consistent approaches, managing rectifications and ensuring the highest quality of services to our customers.

**About the role**:

- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of caravan repairs exceeding brand quality requirements.
- Test functions affected by repair to ensure they are working correctly.
- Assist operation in tracking, documenting and reporting quality levels.
- Manage out of scope work with Assessors.
- Ensure that documentation and that proper warranty procedures have been followed.
- Interpret, build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards.
- Implement measures to ensure continuous improvement in quality standards.
- Maintain and update quality-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and currency.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of repair processes and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Superior attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment.
