Ensuring we are compliant to all industry requirements and regulations and customer requirements. Establish best practice in the role.

**About the Person**:
You will be a confident individual who can hit the ground running.. Your experience and skillset is likely to include:

- Good knowledge within the transport and logistics industry;
- Operational exposure to wharf cartage and/or container services;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads;
- NHVAS Mass Management Knowledge advantageous
- Proven experience in pricing customers logistics requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience working as part of a team
- A high level of Computer literacy
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- The ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast paced office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
