Regency Park, South Australia HPS Transport Full time $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Join our team of Administration Assistants in our Warehouse Operations department. Reporting to the Debriefing Supervisor you will use your industry expertise to provide accurate and efficient administration support to our operations team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Wednesday to Sunday roster
  • Afternoon shifts starting from 10am
  • $50 bonus applies for closing shifts
  • Data Entry
  • Manifesting
  • Freight Bookings
  • General Telephone Inquiries.
  • General clerical admin duties.
  • Utilising JAIX transport management system

Experience and qualifications:

  • Be reliable and available to work weekends and outside of regular business hours.
  • Administration experience (preferred)
  • Transport industry experience highly regarded but not essential.
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
