**About the role**:

- Draft project documents utilising standardised templates to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation.
- Coordinate the **scheduling and rostering** of installation teams in collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet project requirements.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in managing project timelines, resources, and priorities effectively.
- Take a mature approach to the role, displaying professionalism and accountability in all aspects of project administration.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in a similar role or environment, demonstrating proficiency in project administration.
- Previous experience in scheduling or maintenance roles using systems such as Deputy or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong customer service abilities.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- **A Diploma or Degree in Administration is desirable, showcasing a commitment to professional development.**:
