**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the National Warranty Manager and working with a highly skilled and supportive team, this role will be responsible for managing and processing Komatsu Warranty claims for all products within Australia, New Zealand, and New Caledonia. Working closely with the Service teams and Global factories to ensure compliance of warranty terms and conditions are met, driving factory recoveries and minimising the impact to our Customers and business by being meticulous in detail with a proactive and solutions focused approach.

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Maximise factory recovery rates and case to claim recovery rates
- Manage Technical Service Information reports
- Maintain the highest level of accuracy for all claims
- Liaise with branches, factories, and other stakeholders to ensure that all claims are completed in full within the timeframe guidelines set within the Warranty process
- Utilise your technical and analytical skills to evaluate data to design and coordinate an appropriate response
- Support business in its efforts to streamline Warranty processes through development of digital innovations to remove Regional administration workloads
- Involvement in improvement projects including defining, documenting, and implementing of Warranty processes, procedures, and reporting
**To be considered for this role you must have.**
- Proven knowledge of heavy equipment (desirable)
- A strong customer focus and be proactive in identifying solutions and offering support to others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail in reporting to a high standard
- Ability to analyse and summarise data to make recommendations on future actions and business improvement processes
- Capability to work efficiently within the Microsoft Suite of software including Excel
