**POSITION OBJECTIVE**

This is an exciting, diverse administration role (up to 22 hours pw). In this role you will support the GM- Corporate Services to provide efficient, reliable administrative support, including data analysis and project coordination support across a number of areas.

Some of the key accountabilities of the role will be:

- Property maintenance, including oversight & management of office leases and associated records.
- Fleet management of company vehicles and services transports, including insurance claims.
- Equipment & mobile device co-ordination including office communication hardware and software registration.
- Governance administrative and project co-ordination support to GM of Corporate Services including administration of records & registers as guided by to GM of Corporate Services.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Demonstrated advanced organisation skills and relevant work experience.
- Experience in undertaking project research, co-ordination and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written.
- High level proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs especially Teams, Word & Excel.
- Ability to build effective workplace relationships with variety of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse and problem solve.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or business-related field or equivalent, relevant HR experience.
- Ability to actively model and promote WA Mission, Vision and Values, including fairness, social justice and respecting cultural diversity.
- Lead by example in all work practices.
- A self-starter with demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and perform tasks with mínimal supervision.
