PremiAir is a fast-growing Hire/Service company that specialises in the hire, service and sales of air compressors, generators, lighting towers, message boards and traffic management systems as well as providing on-site diesel refuelling services. **About the Role**
Due to unprecedented business growth, we have an opportunity for a **skilled and experienced** Operations Coordinator/Hire Controller to join the busy and hard-working team in our Deer Park depot.
Reporting to the State Manager, the main responsibility of the role is to coordinate the operations requirements for hire in Melbourne and surrounding regions,
**Duties**
- Enter contracts, delivery and collection notes
- Arrange the daily workflow in the workshop and office
- Responsible for checking equipment is ready for delivery
- Arrange transport and logistic movements
- Arrange purchase order numbers and customer invoicing
- Maintain service records and completing day sheets
**Skills and Experience**
You must possess a strong sense of urgency with an _"I will make it happen"_ attitude to get the job done.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar role (preferably in the Equipment Hire Industry) is a must to be considered for this position
- Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills and high-level attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise and have good time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
