**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. We are dedicated to excellence, safety, and environmental stewardship, and we're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our operations to new heights.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities. **Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management on operational performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement among staff.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the waste management industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.
