Welcome to our brand new centre at** Eden Academy Clyde**, where we are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

We operate from 7:00am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, **open plan rooms filled with natural light,** and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we **create the perfect setting for 132 children** to explore, grow, and thrive.

**About you;**
- You’re an **experienced Lead Educator** with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
- **Passionate about early childhood education** and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
- You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- **Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness** in every child
- Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
- Lays a strong foundation for a **lifelong love of learning**

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Diploma in Early Childhood Education** or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A **professional and friendly** personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
- Full availability to **work Monday to Friday** and flexibility for **all shift patterns**:

- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
