What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with fellow trainers to foster a team-first culture.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and design customised programs.
  • Lead inspiring one-on-one and small group sessions.
  • Track client progress and adapt programs to ensure success.
  • Teach proper technique, safety, and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Create a motivating and welcoming environment every session.
  • Keep clear, accurate records of client sessions.
  • Contribute to keeping our gym safe, clean, and well-maintained.

What We're Looking For
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent).
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience with specialised populations (seniors, athletes, rehab clients).
  • Extra qualifications (nutrition, strength & conditioning, corrective exercise) — a big plus.
  • NDIS accreditation (not essential).
  • WWCC check.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, program design & technique.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A motivated, proactive coach who can manage their own schedule.

Role Details
  • Position: Casual Employee
  • Pay: $40 per hour
  • Hours: Start with 10-15 hours, working towards 30+ per week
  • Schedule: Flexible, but must be available 3 evenings + Saturdays
  • Location: Clyde North
