Agile Delivery Manager (Platform) required for 12-month contract to take on a pivotal role in the delivery of key initiatives across the Foxtel platform teams. In this role, you will be getting involved in liaising with the business to understand their problems, communicate them effectively to technical teams to develop solutions. Along with delivery, you will be delivering ongoing process improvement to ensure our teams and processes are as effective as possible. You will provide excellent facilitation, great support, strong planning, and solid reporting, as well as highly effective stakeholder management to ensure the success of the teams and projects that fall under your remit.

**Your responsibilities**
- **Delivery**:Understanding business needs in the platform domain, effective communication with technical teams, followed by coordinating the prioritization, scheduling and delivery of features.
- Empowering, leading and coaching a geographically dispersed team to be successful, self-organised and adaptive.
- Building strong relationships with Business Stakeholders and Technology teams to deliver the right solutions aligned to each business areas strategy
- Evolving the team’s capability and augmenting other technologies and domains to deliver the ‘right’ solution
- Being accountable for the Technology Platform Road Maps and Deliverables managed by the team
- Assist in the development, planning and delivery of a portfolio of work for the team
- Build strong, trusted relationships with business and customer groups and within the team, by helping the team to make their work transparent, and managing change as issues arise
- Lead the team to achieve continuous delivery and to build quality in ways of working
- Work with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers and other stakeholders to facilitate the building and iteration of product roadmaps
- Assist with planning and communication of releases as, as required
- **Scrum**:Facilitate effective ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
- Promote Agile mindset, values and behaviors
- Work with Product Owners and the delivery team to manage dependencies
- Work closely with the Agile development and technical teams to ensure that all dependencies are resolved, blockers are removed, and sprint goals are met
- **Planning & Delivery**: Ensuring the teams within your remit have a clear overall delivery plan, and deliver their commitments in line with wider project and product requirements
- **Stakeholder Management & Reporting**: Building great relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring clarity of information and reporting
- Prepare and present reports on delivery progress and team metrics
- **Ongoing process Improvement**: Seeking ways to continually improve ways of working
- **Communications**:Ensuring excellent communications both within the team and with any external parties

**Your experience and capability**
- Experience with Full lifecycle Initiative Management (pre-sales and bid support through to discovery, estimation, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation review)
- Clear communicator with a practiced understanding of when issues and risks should be raised for awareness and escalation.
