We're modernising our bespoke internal platforms that power quoting, inventory, asset management, project tracking, invoicing, payments, and reporting across Outcomex and 365Mesh.

This platform is central to how we operate, supporting the delivery of high-scale, fast-moving solutions across Networking, Security, Data Centre, IoT, and beyond. As part of its next evolution, we're enhancing it with intelligent features that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and surface the right context at the right time—making it faster, smarter, and more adaptive to how our team's work.

What You'll Work On

You'll contribute to the architecture, development, and expansion of a unified internal platform that supports:

  • Multi vendor Quoting, Purchase orders, Invoices and Pricing Lifecyle using Disti / provider integrations.

  • Multi-vendor inventory management, Project and asset lifecycle tracking

  • Cost management/automation with reconciliation to Xero and multiple banking payment gateways.

  • Analytics and reporting using:

  • Federated engines: Trino, Amazon Athena

  • SQL and NoSQL sources: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Apache Spark

  • Dashboards: Microsoft Power BI, Apache Superset

  • LLM-powered workflows using LangChain and LangGraph

  • Automation via n8n for ServiceNow, Managed Engine and other Financial systems.

  • Drone CI, ArgoCD

  • Roadmap: Backend migration to Rust / Golang, mobile app rollout (cross platform frameworks)

About You

  • 8+ years of full stack development experience

  • Strong in Spring Boot (Java) or Quarkus; Go/Rust experience is highly regarded.

  • Comfortable with SQL and non-SQL data sources

  • Experience working with federated data layers or analytical engines

  • Familiar with observability, performance tuning, and modular service design

  • Able to collaborate closely with product, architecture, and DevOps teams.

  • Experience building systems for enterprise or high-scale internal use.
