About the Role
You will be integral in uplifting our IT Infrastructure platforms, bringing your team along the City of Ryde transformation journey. We are looking to make improvements across the technology function, this is an opportunity for you to create a positive impact on how delivery digital and technology projects with our team.
Your role will inspire our team to provide a customer-focussed approach in resolving technology and business application issues. You will use ITIL framework to ensure our customer service levels are a key priority within City of Ryde. Your hands on experience managing hybrid on-premises cloud technology platforms will be highly regarded for our opportunity
About You
You will lead from the front, collaborating with stakeholders and your team to succeed Your think outside the square approach will enable you to make a difference in your role. You will be accountable for windows services, storage, networking, telecommunication, mobility, and business applications for the technology division.
You're a strong leader with the experience to motivate technical staff whilst working in a matrix business environment. You will bring your IT Infrastructure experience to proactively improve processes and drive efficiencies.
In addition, you will also have:
- Experience with supporting and performing network infrastructure diagnostics, monitoring and analysis for vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, and/or Aruba.
- Expert knowledge of current technology and application concepts and standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship skills including stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing solution design initiatives via managed service providers in complex enterprise environments
- Tertiary qualifications in IT/Information Systems or related discipline, and extensive demonstrated relevant experience.
- Relevant industry qualifications e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, Microsoft Azure/365 certification etc.
Your commencing annual salary will range from
$127,953.42 to $154, Superannuation,
dependent on your experience and qualifications.
