**About the Role**:
***We’re looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to take our hiring and pipelining for senior leadership roles to the next level. This person will play a key role in shaping the future of our business by identifying, engaging and securing Head Of level talent who’ll drive our strategy forward and be future Coles executives. You’ll be a trusted advisor to General Managers and P&C leaders, bringing a sharp eye for talent, deep market knowledge and a passion for finding exceptional people. This is a high impact role that is critical to supporting pipeline and succession for the most impactful leadership roles across the organisation.**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
**- ** Developed targeted talent pipelines and own end-to-end recruitment for critical pathway Head Of roles across the organisation.**:

**Skills & Experience Required**:
**- ** Proven experience in strategic sourcing, headhunting and senior-level hiring.**:

- ** A strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and guiding hiring decisions.**:

- ** Good understanding of assessment tools and the ability to translate insights into action.**:
