**About the team**:
We’re a diverse bunch and we authentically celebrate this at Coles Group. Our People & Culture team work hard to create an inclusive workplace driven by support and empowerment. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team on a fixed term basis.
This role requires a generalist whom is experienced at sourcing talent across at all levels and partnering with senior leaders. Our TA team is high energy, and we work very hard to deliver the best results for the business but have fun doing it. We feel proud to work for and represent an organisation that provides essential services to our nation every day.

**About the role**:

- Proactive sourcing and pipelining, utilising various channels to market, such as LinkedIn recruiter, and engaging the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
- Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers on all recruitment needs within their remit
- Deliver customer focused recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time
- Support and / or manage various initiatives and projects across relevant business areas
- Supporting the wider team where required to ensure we are consistently delivering and delighting our stakeholders

**About you and your skills**:
You’ll also need:

- Proven and successful background as a proactive Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or external function.
- Strong experience in partnering and influencing at all levels
- Extensive knowledge in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing
