**About Scope**

Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

**About The Role**

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Conduct and follow up on employment related background checking
- Assist with group interview process in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialist

**About You**
- Strong written, verbal & interpersonal skills
- Proven talent acquisition coordination experience
- Experience with high volume workload and facilitating and running group interviews
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
- The ability to challenge/ influence and coach stakeholders and implement process improvement

While experience within the Disability Sector would be highly advantageous, we embrace experience from all community and values-based sectors.
