As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring Scope has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. You’ll:

- Partner with Hiring Managers and team members to create seamless, compliant, and positive recruitment experiences.

What Will Set You Up for Success
- Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities (or similar).
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office (or similar) - your spreadsheets and documents are always accurate and polished.
- The flexibility to juggle competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
- A curiosity to learn about the disability sector and a passion for contributing to meaningful change.

The Important Stuff

Because we support people with disabilities, this role requires:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Working with Children Check.
- Driver’s license (if travel is part of the role).
- International Police Check if you’ve lived overseas in the last 10 years.

**Please note**: successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check.
