Our Talent Acquisition team is passionate about people and providing the best possible experience, both in-house and externally. Working within a highly motivated and welcoming team, you will take a key focus on supporting the Victorian business with their recruitment needs, and will manage a portfolio of office support vacancies, along with contributing to the sourcing of technical radiology positions when required.

**About the role**
- Taking job briefs from hiring managers
- Advertising for all vacancies
- Phone screening
- Coordinating interviews
- Extending offer of employment and negotiating on remuneration
- Stakeholder management
- Assisting with talent acquisition projects and contributing to continuous improvement.

**About you**

This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you already have experience working in a high-volume recruitment consulting role and you’re keen to make the jump into an in-house environment. Alternatively, you may already have internal experience and you’re now ready to take the next step in your career.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a great communicator, and can engage and build relationships quickly. You will have a proactive, customer centric, and collaborative approach, along with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
