The role forms part of our high performing Store Support Centre (SSC) Talent Acquisition team that looks after all Head Office recruitment across Coles. We pride ourselves on providing best in class recruitment delivery for the business, as well as consultative and strategic partnering to support talent decisions and approaches. We’re serious about what we do but like to have fun while we do it.

This is a uniquely exciting time to join the team as we continue our technology transformation, leveraging leading tech to embed automation and AI into our hiring practices. Our ambition is to leverage technology to supercharge our team so they can be at their best and evolve what TA can offer at Coles.

**About the role**:
This role will primarily partner with our Finance business and will suit someone who has ideally had experience in Finance recruitment within a fast-paced and highly complex environment.

You’ll also:

- Partnering with our Finance business stakeholders and leadership teams, providing insights, reporting and guidance to support key hiring and talent decisions
- Proactive sourcing and pipelining, utilising various channels to market, such as LinkedIn recruiter, and engaging the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
- Support and / or manage various initiatives and projects across relevant business areas

**About you and your skills**:
You’ll also have:

- Strong experience in partnering and influencing at all levels
- Extensive knowledge in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing
- Appetite and ability to be agile and partner across a variety of business areas
