Goodyear is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant
**What you'll need to succeed**
As an Administration Assistant for Goodyear, you will have a confident customer service manner & background in the tyre, automotive, mechanical or similar industries would be highly regarded. In addition, we are seeking someone who possesses;
- Good time management skills and willingness to interact with all customers
- Attention to detail & takes pride in a job well done
- Desire to work for a trusted Australian brand
- The ability to work under pressure in a team environment
**About the Role**
You will be able to make tough decisions in a fast-paced environment taking into account both the customer needs and the business requirements, including:
- All duties associated with maintaining administration, office management and reception in the Front Office of the Brooklyn Retreading Factory
- Administration support for Dispatch - maintaining run sheets, inwards records and other documents.
- Administration support for Goodyear Aviation - printing picking slips, receiving completed paperwork and outwards goods
- Purchase Orders and Invoice management - SAP SRM system
- Collation of weekly timesheets and monthly bonuses for Payroll and Labour hire
- Daily/Monthly reports of tyre production/sales - SAP system
- End-of-month reports required by Head Office
- General office duties including maintaining files, archiving, personnel documentation, ordering of stationery, PPE, uniforms, first aid and factory/dispatch supplies
