NTC Wismettac Australia - Global Japanese Importer/ Wholesaler is looking for Office Administrator and Purchase Assistant Position Office Administrator.

Full Time 08:00 – 16:00 (Monday to Friday) Job Detail:


• General office work


• Customer Service


• Order entry / Issue Invoice


• Arrange Branch Goods Transfer


• Support Sales Team


• Other office duties when required Skills and experience.

Details and Preferred skills

1+ Years' experience in office admin and customer service preferred (training available) Intermediate to advance proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook SAP software (training available)

High standard of communication and interpersonal skill Excellent attention to details Bilingual: English and Chinese/Japanese

Salary: Depends on Experience (Negotiable)

Location: Brooklyn, VIC
