**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or
- Software Engineering** or **4 years related work experience
- Plus 2 year’s completed higher education **and/or** additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:

- 1 year in customer service, call center, hospitality and/or technical support work experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1 year experience using SQL/CCL
- Experience working with Cerner Millennium

**Expectations**
- All employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Provide on-call support when needed.
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
