**Are you an experienced Solutions Analyst looking for short-term contract work? Well look no further, this is the job for you**

**The contractor will**:

- Understand the existing Online Forms and ELVAS architectures:

- High level business requirements
- Low level data validation requirements
- Technical and other constraints
- Collaborate to identify and document solution options including indicative effort.
- For the recommended/accepted option, document the solution design and technical/functional specification.

**Essential Skills**:

- Demonstrated ICT experience, including broad awareness of contemporary ICT technologies and data integration strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to design practical solutions that balance system performance, usability, cross-system dependencies, scalability, re-usability, overall cost to develop and maintain while meeting the defined business needs.
- Proven ability to elicit and document requirements
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences verbally and through documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to propose and document system design/solution specifications

**Highly Desirable Skills**:

- Degree majoring in Information Technology or related disciplines from a recognised tertiary institution
- Experience with previous data integration projects
- Experience working with government organisations
- Strong communication skills including ability to collaborate with and receive feedback from other team members
- Prioritises and uses time effectively in order to deliver to agreed timeframe
- ELVAS Technologies : Java 1.8, Hibernate 5, Apache Tomcat 8 and Ingres DB
- Knowledge of Legacy systems
