We are currently looking for a Technical Analyst to join the Major and Complex Property Loss Adjusting team based in Brisbane. Reporting to the hiring manager this role will see you provide high level technical support to the adjuster on your assigned claims.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that service standards are achieved across the portfolio- Manage Client relationships as required and appropriate- Manage the progress of the claims including, repairs, suppliers, submissions, documentation, etc.- Process and manage correspondence to relevant stakeholders- Coordination, verification and scheduling of activities related to the claims- Ensure documentation and records are completed
Ideally you will possess:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry combined with relevant industry qualifications, particularly ANZIIF or AICLA- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and procedures for processing insurance claims and the associated laws and regulations- Strong organisational, and written / verbal communication skills, with emphasis on effective report writing skills- A strong service delivery focus for clients, including insurers, customers and brokers- Capable of delivering to stringent deadlines in a compliance driven environment
