As a **Client Solutions Analyst**, you will provide technical support by addressing and resolving customer requests and queries related to Level 1 and Level 2 issues. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will ensure timely and accurate solutions. The goal of this position is to deliver efficient and exceptional Level 1 and Level 2 corporate IT support services to our customers.

Your key duties include:

- User Account Management: Maintain IT security and manage account lifecycles for Powerlink staff, external vendors, and outsourced partners.
- Incident and Request Management: Handle Level 1 & 2 work by logging, prioritising, investigating, resolving, or escalating customer support requests.
- Customer Communication: Liaise with internal and external customers to configure, test, and troubleshoot the desktop operating environment, ensuring service continuity.
- Service Desk Collaboration: Work with other Business IT units to support IT Projects and Tasks, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.
- Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to customers to empower effective use of Business IT equipment and systems.

**The community you will join**:
Based in Brisbane, you'll report to the Team Leader of our Service Desk. You'll join a dedicated team of eight, supporting the business around the clock. You'll be on call for one week out of every six to ensure continuous support for our business (with compensation provided).

**Your expertise**:

- Degree level qualification in computing/IT or significant demonstrable experience in an IT Service Desk environment

**We’d also love you to have**:

- Relevant professional qualifications in ITIL practices and/or other applicable audit or industry standards
- Practical experience in ITSM approach
- Recent qualifications in Microsoft technologies or significant relevant experience
