As the

**The Role**:

- Manage the activities of the Solutions Analyst team ensuring organisational goals are met.
- Manage the provision of a range of administrative, information management, technical and general support services and activities in an ITIL based environment.
- Define and monitor compliance with processes for the implementation of solutions to agreed service level targets.
- Provide operational and management reporting against performance metrics.
- Provide review, feedback and quality assurance for all work carried out by the technical support team and follow through to the development and continuous improvement of process or relevant frameworks.
- Manage escalations in processes both internally and with external partners, ensuring investigation and resolution of incidents in a timely manner.
- Deliver training, user acceptance testing and analysis requirements and related coordination to assist in the support, planning and implementation of new and existing solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls.

**Key Requirement**:

- Experience with the following: Finance/HR/ERP systems, POS systems, CMS/CRM
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional conceptual ability, skills in analysis and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to provide exceptional customer service.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

**To be successful for this role you must have the following**:

- Eligibility for a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Check
- Current driver’s license to travel if required.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
