We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reservations Manager to join our Team with one of our leading Corporate Clients - Ernst & Young (EY). This person may be looking for a new challenge with the opportunity to share their skills and influence team/s or perhaps this person may be looking for that next stretch to oversee Central Reservation team. This role is more than just the basics, it requires someone with high energy, drive, commitment & a passion for service. We are looking for hands on support for our ambitious & dedicated Reserve Team/s. This role works closely with each of our venues Site leads and operational teams across Oceania.

Ultimately, it’s your attitude that’s most important to us, however previous experience with Events and Reservation Management in Corporate Hospitality or the Hotel industry is a must.

**About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience**
- You must have a minimum of 3+ years Reserve Management or Central Reserve Management experience of one or more sites in a similar role in a high-profile corporate or hotel environment.
- You have operational experience & strong knowledge of Events & Catering Operations, Event & Reserve Management, Group Reservations & Reception services.
- You can drive Reserve targets, report on all aspects of Reserve, and comfortable with being a key point of contact for the business.
- You are experienced in Event Management Systems, yield Management in either a Hotel or Corporate environment.
- You have strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- You have proven leadership credentials including the ability to support and engage your teams.
- You are passionate about Food & Beverage, Reservations & can mentor the up & coming talent.
- You’ve got an authentic passion for service delivery - you must be able to see around corners and teach your teams to do the same.
- You are highly flexible, deal easily with an ever changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure.
- You strive to have positive interactions with all clients & your teams - it’s part of your DNA.
- You lead from the front - your team know who you are, what you expect and count on your guidance and support.
- You are comfortable with taking on risks, learning new skills, being transparent & accountable for your teams actions.
