**About the Business**
A unique and iconic business located at beautiful waterfront locations across Sydney. Employing around 120 people full time and up to 500 people seasonally, the emphasis on teamwork and culture is everything. With a guest first ethos, providing first class hospitality is essential and key to this service is a happy and energetic workforce who work collaboratively as a team.
As the they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team.
**About the Role**
In this end-to-end role there is an opportunity to review current practices across the employee lifecycle and to implement streamlined, consistent processes that will both save time and add value to the business.
The HR Manager needs to be able to span from strategic conversations with the leadership team to hands on delivery bringing to the table credibility as an expert in the operating business environment. Expertise in a wide range of generalist HR areas such as recruitment, talent management, Organisational development, Employee workplace relations, work health and safety and compliance and governance frameworks will be required to move fast and support the requirements of the business.
**About You**
This role requires an experienced, ‘hands-on’ HR professional who can operate at pace and credibility, delivering immediate service and support as well as ascertaining future needs.
You will have knowledge and experience managing a broad range of HR issues including performance management, recruitment, industrial relations, workforce planning, and employee relations. With over 5 years’ experience in HR you will have the ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives; and strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problems solving skills are required.
