Rapidly establishing themselves as a formidable player within the Australian financial services industry, our client is continuing to expand, having recently acquired a highly reputable brand, doubling their business to 1500 employees.
Our client is an industry-recognised Employer of Choice, with a strong EVP and a large focus on diversity and inclusion who are seeking two experienced HR Business Partners to join their growing organisation.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, as the HR Business Partner, you will be a key influencer and stakeholder within the business responsible for supporting, delivering and driving cyclical HR activities and HR projects across the full remit of HR, including but not limited to:
- Employment Relations
- Industrial Relations
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Performance Management
- Talent Management
- WHS
You will be responsible for supporting and mentoring People Leaders during the merging of the newly acquired business, driving positive culture integration and establishing greater maturity in their operating model.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate HR Business Partner who enjoys a robust generalist role. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to sink their teeth into merger and acquisition work, or build on pre-existing experience. You will possess the following:
- Experience in all functions of HR
- Act as a catalyst for change
- Comfortable and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and motivated to learn
- Ability to work autonomously
- Merger and acquisition experience or the appetite to gain experience in this space
- Strong communicator and the ability to partner with a variety of levels and working styles
