**About the Business**
A unique and iconic business located at beautiful waterfront locations across Sydney. Employing around 120 people full time and up to 500 people seasonally, the emphasis on teamwork and culture is everything. With a guest first ethos, providing first class hospitality is essential and key to this service is a happy and energetic workforce who work collaboratively as a team.

As the they continue to grow, they are seeking a People Partner to support their exceptional People & Culture Manager.

**About the Role**
This role is operational in nature with a unique opportunity to support building the People function, there will be opportunities to support and run projects across the business, establishing new People Processes and coaching the business.

The role will support across the whole employee lifecycle with key areas of accountability across Workers Compensation/Return to Work, Visa processing, Recruitment, Onboarding and WHS.

**About You**
This role requires an experienced, ‘hands-on’ HR professional who can operate at pace and credibility, delivering immediate service and support.

You will have knowledge and experience managing on a broad range of HR issues. Exposure to ER/IR would be highly beneficial. Experience of WHS would be advantageous, an appetite to be accountable for this across the organisation is essential

You will have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure whilst meeting established goals and objectives. Strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problems solving skills are required.
