**HR Manager**

**About the Role**
- Determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating human resource management strategies, policies and plans to meet business needs
- Managing employee relations (office staff and support workers)
- Recruitment and orientation of office staff and support workers
- Developing and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve individual and team performance
- Conflict resolution
- Developing and implementing occupational health and safety programs and equal employment opportunity programs, and ensuring compliance with related statutory requirements
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and legislative requirements
- Managing worker's compensation
- Organizing training for office staff and support workers
- Implementing and improving of company procedures across all teams
- Liaise with care workers and providing training when necessary
- Overseeing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure high quality of services
- Promote a strong customer focused culture

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree in Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager or similar role.- Ability to provide exceptional support to our carers when they need assistance with anything related to our external clients - Empathy is essential-
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.-
- Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team.-
- Able to work as part of a team.-
- High level of time management and organisational ability.-
- Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.**Preferred Skills**:
- Requirements:- Driver’s license and access to own vehicle-
- Professional verbal and written communication skills-
- High level of organisational skills-
- Sound computer skills in Office and Excel (or similar)-
