This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone looking to work for a values-based organisation with a real passion and purpose behind what they do. This Northern Beaches based organisation is looking for a People Systems Project Manager with experience in implementing Workday.

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture and working with the broader P&C team you will be responsible for driving strategy, design and implementation of new system functionality and modules to deliver a superior employee experience that delivers increased ease, security and automation benefits for the organisation. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

- Implementation of the selected HR modules, including process mapping, UAT, and ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Coaching the team and business and rolling out appropriate training including reference guides and FAQs.

To be successful for this position, you will bring:

- Workday HCM training and certification/s, and ‘hands-on’ solution delivery experience
- Experience across multiple HR technologies and tools, across the HR lifecycle where workflow configurations and approvals have been implemented
- Project management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that can be adapted to a range of business scenarios
