**About Us**

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

**The Judicial Commission** is an independent statutory corporation established under the Judicial Commission of Victoria Act 2016 to investigate complaints about the conduct or capacity of judicial officers or non-judicial VCAT members (Officer). The Commission provides an accessible and transparent complaint process which will ensure public confidence in the Victorian courts

**About the Role**

The Executive Assistant and Operations incumbent is responsible for providing confidential, high-quality executive and administrative support to the Director and the Commission. The role works closely with the Director and supports the broader team, with internal administrative and operations matters. The role involves frequent liaison with executive officers, senior managers, Heads of Jurisdictions, and internal and external stakeholders in the administration of the Commission.
