Let’s talk about you

Lead the Complaints team in continually providing exceptional customer service whilst achieving departmental objectives, and meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators.

How will you support our “Why?”- Oversee the management of ABB’s complaints handling processes, and the delivery of complaint resolution in line with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements- Delivery of complaint resolution in line with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements- Manage team performance and work alongside staff to ensure resolution compliance targets are met-
- Escalate customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
