Let’s talk about you- Telco industry knowledge- Familiarity with internal complaints handling policies- Strong interpersonal skills for effective complaint management- Experience in technical support, accounts, customer service, or related fields, or relevant qualifications- Proficiency in negotiation and innovative thinking- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

How will you support our “Why?”- Handle escalated complaints promptly and effectively- Assist in reporting on complaints and team performance- Lead a small to medium sized team- Meet internal performance requirements, customer service standards, and call handling targets- Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with customers
