**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide leadership, development and coaching. Actively engaging and supporting the development of your team to ensure better performance and succession planning
Manage a medium to large sized team and coordinate with team leaders to meet organisational requirements
Manage team performance and work alongside staff to ensure targets are met
Planning resource requirements within your team, including recruitment and training
Assist in improving the BAU procedures and support environment
Escalate customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
Coordinating day to day operations in conjunction with the Team Leaders & Aussie Experts, including rostering and managing leave approval
**Skills and Experiences**:

An understanding of the telco industry
Approachable and can explain things in a clear and direct manner
Strong leadership skills
An understanding of customer service principles
Advanced computer skills
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
