Customer Service Representative

Action daily retail customer orders, quotes and enquiries to ensure a consistent high standard of service levels are delivered to achieve KPI targets and customer expectations.-
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products, policies and services to offer accurate information and support.- Provide accurate up-to-date information to eCommerce customers via excel and web upload.- Collect customer/consumer information accurately, to assist and determine best resolution when problem solving product enquiries and complaints.- Participate in creating content for FAQs to assist with troubleshooting.- Highlight and provide feedback to product management on issues or gaps within the service dealer network supporting GARDENA and Consumer Brands Division products, retailers and consumers.- Identify and assess the needs of customer accounts to achieve satisfaction and support the sales team by generating sales leads and upselling products as appropriate.- Work closely with GARDENA Field Sales Managers to develop strong customer relationships, sales opportunities and ensure alignment and knowledge of market developments, new customers, competitor activity etc.- Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service to ensure a consistent professional standards are always met.- Participate in regular meetings and events to ensure effective and up-to-date two-way communication, feedback and alignment of objectives.- Undertake internal and external training programs, including days in the field with Field Sales Managers to ensure ongoing understanding and ownership of the retail market and its customers while further developing skills and competence.- Actively participate in developing a strong team environment and assist in ensuring achievement of team goals and objectives maintaining enthusiastic and open dialogue with customers and colleagues across the business.
