**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide professional support to the General Manager, Supply Chain to ensure effectiveness of their role
- Act as a first point of contact for senior staff and external contacts
- Prioritise and facilitate the completion of administrative tasks as detailed below
- Support with Supply Chain communications
- Maintain confidentiality, both personal and professional
- Organise events taking responsibility for invitations, catering, guest lists, presentation preparation and draft agendas
- Travel coordination
- Schedule commitments/meetings and update diary, accordingly, keep up with day-to-day scheduling and changes
- Act as a gatekeeper to protect Manager’s productivity / time management
- Ad-hoc activities as required

**About you**:
- At least 5 years’ experience of strong administration and secretarial skills at a senior level
- Good technical skills covering all MS products, excellent word processing ability
- Travel management experience
- Familiarity with confidentiality requirements
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities
- Strong communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills / client liaison
- High level of communication both verbal and written
- Experience in meetings, special events and function management including the procurement of venues, resources, and technical equipment

**Education/Qualifications:
- Year 12 minimum
- Administration diploma or similar
