**About the role**

Reporting to the National Marketing and Communications Manager, the Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of a fully integrated communications strategy, aligned with our strategic plan, brand framework, Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and values.

You’ll work in close partnership with executives, department leaders, corporate services and operational teams to guide external and internal communications that reflect and protect Regis’ reputation.

This role is ideal for a communications professional who thrives on collaboration, brings strong media expertise and understands the power of compelling storytelling in driving influence and impact.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop, implement and manage Regis’ internal and external communications strategy.
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Executive Team on reputation, media and public messaging.
- Lead media relations, including crisis communications, reputation management and proactive PR opportunities.
- Oversee the development of our Annual Report and key corporate publications.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistent voice, style and visual identity across all external and internal communications.
- Deliver innovative and engaging communications that support our strategic priorities, culture and employee experience.
- Create, curate and coordinate high-quality content across multiple channels including media, social media, digital platforms and internal communications.
- Engage stakeholders and community partners to build trust and advocate for change in aged care.

**About you**

You’re a confident communicator and strategic thinker who leads with empathy and professionalism. You’re experienced in delivering organisation-wide communication strategies, advising senior leaders and navigating complex environments with integrity and calm.

**You’ll also bring**:

- Experience in ASX listed organisations and investor relations (preferred).
- Strategic leadership in communications with a strong record of aligning messaging to organisational goals and enhancing brand reputation.
- Executive-level advisory experience, with the ability to navigate sensitive issues and emerging risks.
- Media and public affairs expertise, including crisis communications and stakeholder management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to support community partnerships and influence positive outcomes.
- Internal communications capability, with experience driving employee engagement and supporting cultural transformation.
- People leadership, with experience mentoring teams and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure impact and continuously improve.
