**Role Description**

This contract, on-site role is based in Adelaide, SA, for a Student Services Advisor. The Student Services Advisor will be responsible for providing academic advising, counseling students, managing student records, and offering customer service. Day-to-day tasks include guiding students through their educational journey, addressing student concerns, coordinating with faculty and staff, and supporting student engagement and retention.

**Qualifications**
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication
- Student Counseling and Academic Advising experience
- Customer Service skills
- Experience in higher education or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
