**About You**:
**Overview of Role**:
As a Student Experience Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students by providing expert advice and guidance on EDU systems and processes. This frontline role ensures that students have a single point of contact for all non-academic support, streamlining their experience with the organization.

The role is based in our Adelaide Campus.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Student Experience_
- Act as the primary contact for all non-academic student enquiries.
- Respond to and manage student inquiries through effective case management.
- Support the Enrolments Coordinator in processing tuition fees and payments.
- Issue student cards and official documentation.
- Maintain accurate student records in the database.
- Assist in student communications, both scheduled and ad-hoc.
- Campus Operations_
- Ensure campus facilities are well-maintained and conducive to a quality learning experience.
- Fulfill fire warden and first aid duties as required.
- Collaborate with the Campus Operations Manager to manage campus reception and events.
- Ensure classrooms are appropriately configured for their intended use.
- Other Responsibilities_
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all student-related information.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Campus Operations Manager.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**
- At least one year of experience in student services.
- Diploma qualification or higher preferred.
- Experience with student management and service systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Higher Education Standards Framework and related legislation is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage diverse student and staff groups.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A commitment to enhancing the student experience and a positive, creative mindset.
