**The Role**

SBS is looking for a full-time Operations Officer to assist our Technology Business Management team.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and assist with the acquittal of expense claims
- Monitor financial transactions and headcount/FTEs
- Prepare monthly Expenditure reports and value-add analysis
- Assist with the quarterly and annual budget/forecast process
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with Finance and other key stakeholders

**About you**
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet demands in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently
- Desire and ability to acquire new skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including good working knowledge of Excel.
- Background in finance or office administration an advantage
- Knowledge of Oracle, Concur, TANDA or equivalents is desirable
- Tertiary educated with finance related degree. Additional industry qualifications would be preferred (CA/CPA)
